181 QRC is one of a few Grade A properties in close proximity to the Sheung Wan MTR, neighbouring COSCO Tower (both properties are strata-title), and a few minutes walk from Infinitus Plaza.
The overall floorplate is renowned for its oval shape, which can make utilisation of the space on both ends of the floor plate challenging. The mid portions of the floorplate tends to be more popular, particularly if an occupier is not intending to occupy a whole floor.
As there is a shortage of large floor plate offices in Sheung Wan, 181 QRC and COSCO Tower fill the demand from occupiers seeking more cost effective office infrastrucutre solutions from the Central district.
